This notice explains, in line with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"), how the personal data you share with us through this website and our contact channels is processed. The Turkish version of this notice is the binding one.

- Providing the service and support if a contract is made
4. How we collect data and the legal basis
Your data is collected when you send it to us through the contact form, by phone, WhatsApp or email. The contact form does not store anything on this site or on a server: it opens your message as ready-to-send text in the WhatsApp or email app you choose, and you send it yourself.
The data is processed on the legal bases in Article 5(2) of the KVKK: being directly related to the conclusion or performance of a contract (point c), and the legitimate interest of the data controller, provided it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms (point f).
5. Transfers
Your personal data is not shared with third parties for marketing. When you contact us via WhatsApp or email, your messages are processed on the infrastructure of the companies providing those services (e.g. Meta, Google), part of which may be located abroad. Where required by law, data may be shared with the competent authorities.
6. Retention
Your data is kept for at most 2 years after your request is concluded and then deleted. If a contract is made, the periods required by the relevant legislation apply.
7. Cookies and site logs
This site does not use cookies. To see visitor numbers, Cloudflare Web Analytics keeps cookieless, aggregate (anonymous) statistics that do not identify anyone; no personal profiles are created. The hosting service processes technical connection data such as IP addresses only to keep the site running securely, and only briefly.
8. Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed; to request information if it is; to learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used accordingly; to know the third parties in Türkiye or abroad to whom it is transferred; to request correction if it is incomplete or inaccurate; to request deletion or destruction where the conditions are met; to request that such actions be notified to third parties to whom the data was transferred; to object to a result against you arising solely from automated analysis; and to claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
